'Lazy Lane' is a 2700 square foot Shaker-style Cape home boasts a quiet, private setting at end of a dead-end street, abutting Conservation Land & short walk from sandy beaches on Bucks & Josephs Ponds. You'll love swimming in crystal clear water or bring a kayak/ rowboat/ canoe for fishing. Leave your boat at the beach! The secluded patio is a perfect spot to relax. The large, fully equipped kitchen is a delight with a lovely sitting area in the walk-out bay window. The dining room has a built-in wine rack and wet bar. The comfortably furnished living area is bright & airy, stocked with plenty of books to last your vacation, plus games, cards, puzzles, cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo & XBOX w/ 15 games!. Upstairs queen bedrooms are connected by a catwalk overlooking the 35 foot long living/dining area enhancing the open feel of the house. With 3 levels of living, house is perfect for 2 or more families.

We supply everything you need to make your vacation more enjoyable: sheets and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Child Friendly! Beach wagon, sand toys, baby gates, high chair, outlets plugged, childrens books, pack and play. Handicap Accessibility: Home has a first floor bedroom w/twin beds & first floor full bathroom w/tub & shower. 3 steps into the house from the patio. The deck is also off the main level of the house.

We had a wonderful vacation in your home! The whole house was beautiful and inviting but your kitchen was just the best. My husband and I would sit in the comfy chairs with the lights dimmed after the kids had gone to bed and just have a moment to talk and plan the next day. It was such a warm and comfortable room!
