Nestled in a private development on the Assawoman Bay and directly across from the Fenwick Island State Beach, 'Seatreat' is but a short walk to expansive sandy beaches for swimming, sunbathing and surf fishing, or to the shared community dock for launching kayaks and canoes. This is an ideal location for enjoying spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Ground level has two bedrooms (queen beds), full bath, and living room with queen sleeper sofa and TV with VCR/DVD for entertainment and computer games. Second level has master bedroom (king bed and private bath), and two additional bedrooms (queen bed and twin beds) that share full bath with tub/shower. Glass-enclosed solarium facing the ocean adjoins two bedrooms and opens onto the wrap-around deck. Combination dining-living room plus family room is perfect for entertaining or intimate family-time. Wrap-around deck is ideal for BBQs, sunbathing, and savoring colorful sunsets. Central air is complimented by ceiling fans in most rooms.

Upscale outlet shops (tax-free) at Rehoboth Beach are perfect for rainy days, and the wild ponies of Assateague are well worth the 45 minute drive.

Perfect vacation home for large families!

This home was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation! The home was the best equipped house we've stayed in for over twenty years! The home was large and we could spread out amongst the three living rooms so we never felt crowded! The location was perfect. THe beach was never crowded, even though it was a prime August week! Crossing Coastal Hwy was never really a problem and the views from the home were wonderful! The home was well-maintained and the homeowner was more than helpful. She called us twice to make sure everything was going well! We would definitely recommend this home to another family and we may even stay there again if our schedules allow!

Great Beach Getaway!

Every year our family takes a family vacation (12 of us total; soon to be 13 next year) and our rental experience with SeaTreat has been the best by far. Great beach house, great location nestled between the bay and the ocean (which is just a short walk away), plenty of space for family time and enough space to "get away". All the amenities and most of all, great rental experience. Owners were extremely attentive prior to the vacation and equally attentive upon arrival, checking in on us to make sure all was OK. This area has it all: quiet and relaxing, great scenery and views, homey family atmosphere, restaurants and nightlife and plenty of shopping and quaint shops. Our family would recommend this property to anyone. Come one come all and great vacationing!!

We ad a wonderful vacation this summer. Seatreat is in a perfect location - just steps away from the beach and the bay. In the morning we sat on the front deck and watched the sun rise over the ocean. In the evening we sat on the back deck and watched the sun set over the bay. The house clean. Owners are pleasant, concerned and cooperative. We had periodic phone calls, making sure all was OK. And it was!

Of the 11 years that my family have been renting houses for our family reunion this house was the best! It was very well stocked. Very roomy. The decor was beautiful. The views of the ocean and the bay were excellent and it was just a few minute walk to the beach. any activities were within a short drive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
