You are renting a luxury four bedroom, three bathroom, completely renovated, A/C, spacious and freshly decorated beach house. Cook inside in the designer kitchen or outside on the grille. Eat and laugh inside or in the huge screened porch with separate eating and living areas.

This is a 'walk to everything' location in downtown Rehoboth Beach. You are 3 blocks from the ocean; 3 blocks from 30 restaurants and Playland, Lingo's Grocery and countless shops; 3 blocks from tennis courts, and 1 block from a new children's' playground and bike trails. Rehoboth Beach is a great town for bikes. Bring them and park up to three cars in the driveway; two more on the street with permits. In the old Country Club district, the house is on a safe, quiet street away from loud partiers and restaurants; yet only a few minute walk from as much activity and noise as you desire.

For retail therapy, there is quick car or bus access to Route 1 and every outlet store known to man.

Would definitely rent again

The house is very well appointed. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked, and the living space is very comfortable. The screened-in deck is amazing.

While the number of beds could technically accommodate 12 people, it would be cramped. We had six in our group and it was perfect. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which isn't terribly far, but further than we were expecting. It is a pleasant walk though, and a very easy bike ride.

We had trouble communicating with the owner (regarding the signing of the lease, the mailing of the key, the return of the deposit, and other things), but it worked out in the end.

Wonderful house, wonderful stay!!

We absolutely loved staying here! A group of my girlfriends and I wanted to do a "beach weekend" and this house fit the bill perfectly! Everyone was blown away by how beautiful and tastefully decorated it was and its proximity to everything! We would 100% consider returning and will definitely spread the word about what a lovely stay it was.

We loved the gigantic porch and spent the majority of our time there. We also loved how well-stocked the kitchen was with current appliances - we were able to save money by making home-cooked meals and it was super easy! Also, Jerry is very communicative and can answer any questions you have, which is very helpful!

Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home! Wonderful house, wonderful stay!

Great place for a family gathering

The whole clan got together for a week... very comfortable sleeping setup, within walking distance of the beach. Large porch was great for family meals and hanging out. This place had everything... kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We've already reserved a spot for next summer

The property's airy modern design lends itself to entertainment and activities for family, couples, or friends. The floor plan flows beautifully from lively group areas to relaxing quiet private spaces for varied age ranges. The modern home and lovely grounds are clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with beach gear and family living necessities. This fabulous beach house creates a 5 star atmosphere. Come! Enjoy the enlongated screened porch, quiet backyard, luxurous master bedroom and bath, panoramic watch tower, and professional customer service. We had a wonderful three generational family vacation and wanted to stay longer!
