Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck of this light and airy 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with open views to the West. Walk or bike to Town and Cliff beaches (both approximately I mile). Located on a quiet street, 2 minute walk to shuttle bus and Madaket bike path.

First floor consists of living room with fireplace and dining area open to new fully equipped kitchen. Half Bath. Master suite with queen bed, private bath (tub/shower), and French doors to deck. Second floor has additional master suite (queen bed/ en suite shower room). Third bedroom with twin beds. Fourth bedroom with daybed and trundle, TV and VCR. Shared full bath. Laundry. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished, fully equipped with all your cooking and beach needs, central A/C. Nicely landscaped with outdoor shower and plenty of off-street parking.
