Located on Clark's Point (12 Clark's Point Road), year-round cottage nestled in the pines off a gravel cul-de-sac. A more private setting is hard to find. Abuts town conservation land and walking trails. Watch the sun rise over Eastham's largest pond from the deck or living room. Enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings on the porch. Bring your canoe, kayak or sailboat, the cottage has private access to Great Pond for fishing, boating or swimming.

Built in 2004, this cottage/small house has all the amenities - full kitchen with dishwasher, range & microwave, full bath with washer & dryer, Cable TV/DVD for rainy afternoons, fireplace, wireless internet, outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Regular trash pick-up.

Perfect Place

Hidden Gem

After four years coming here to stay in this perfect cottage it certainly feels like our ''home away from home''....When you are here, shut down your phones and other electronics and just be present with all the beauty that surrounds you. Thanks again for this hidden gem, we will be ''home'' again next year!!

Lovely Home - Perfect Location!

We can't thank you enough for sharing this lovely home with us; the location couldn't have been more perfect! I woke up for sunrise one morning - how glorious it was over the pond! Our son caught some bass in the pond although swimming and tubing were the highlights. We also enjoyed the bike paths - highly recommended! We can't wait to come back next summer!
