Welcome to our Sand Castle cottage one of three lovely cottages we own all nestled together in a lovely park like yard. We are only a few moments walk to the Main Ogunquit beach and downtown. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has 2 double beds, a full kitchen including anything you would require, a living room with a pull out guest for that unexpected guest, and a full bath. Amenities include remote control cable TV, VCR, DVD, Air conditioning, and fans. For your outside enjoyment we offer a gas grill, table, and lawn furniture. Our country-like location is private but ever so convenient just park your car and walk everywhere. Linens and towels are not supplied however cleaning supplies are. We rent weekly Saturday to Saturday in season and offer weekends or mid-week off-season. Come and experience Ogunquit the 'Beautiful Place by the Sea'. See you soon.

Car: not necessary
Enjoy miles of the Ogunquit beaches, which are rated among the nicest in the country. Stroll Marginal Way and enjoy the magnificent flower gardens. Sit on one of the many benches along the way and experience the breathtaking views of Maine's rocky coastlines. Perkins Cove is the home of the first pedestrian drawbridge and one of the prettiest harbor communities in Maine. There is whale watching, lighthouse and sunset cruises, and deep-sea fishing. Explore the quaint specialty shops and numerous art galleries. Public golf courses as well as various miniature golf courses are a short distance away. The Ogunquit Playhouse is nearby with a seasonal venue, air conditioning, and beverage gazebo. There are many choices of restaurants for either casual or fine dining. Sing show tunes at the Front Porch piano bar or karaoke at Maxwells Pub. The Kittery outlets are 15 miles to the south; Kennebunk and Kennebunkport are 15 miles to the north, and LL Bean and Freeport are only an hour away.

  • $700.00 - $1400.00 / week
  • Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
    Weekend rentals available off season (spring and fall) - contact owner for rates and availability.
    $1400/week July 5 - August 28.
    50% deposit required at time of reservation. Balance and $300 refundable security deposit required one month prior to arrival. Maximum tenancy is 6 people. Check-in is 2PM check-out is promptly at 10AM.
  • $1050/week August 29 - September 25.
    Weekend rentals available off season (early summer and fall) - contact owner for rates and availability.
    We have 3 cottages for family get-togethers.

My friends and I rented this property last Labor day weekend. When contacting the owner via e-mail her responses were timely and accomodating. We were so pleased with this cottage! The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, and quaint. Just about every kitchen appliance is there, as well as cooking needs. The owners were pleasant and professional, and obviously hsd put alot of effort into their property. It is easily within walking distance to just about everything. After spending hours researching available properties in Oqunquit, I believe this is a "Hidden Gem". I know that on Memorial Day weekend we paid almost three times as much for a one bedroom suite in, as this a hotel cottage cost for a night, and not nearly as nice!!

I have recommended this property to many others already.
