Beautiful 2nd floor condominium located right across the street from the white sands of Bonita Beach (only 500 feet). Breathtaking waterviews! Enjoy dining on the balcony as you watch the sunset into the Gulf. This unit was completely renovated (Jan '06), brand new kitchen, tile floors, and new furniture throughout. This is a lovely condominium. The Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools, a full-service restaurant (Haney's), a spa and hair salon on site. Clay tennis courts are on the property (lessons available). Walk across the street to Doc's Beach Bar for great food and fabulous recreation (jet skiing, para-sailing, wind surfing). Or, walk next door to Vincenzo's for fine Italian dining.

Myers Beach (8 miles north), and to shopping and restaurants in Bonita Springs, or venture down to Naples (10 miles south). Boat rentals, fishing charters, and recreation all around! Or, visit one of the best beaches voted by the Travel Channel: Lover's Key State Park located just 3 miles away! There are numerous boat rentals and launches within walking distance and nearby. I have to say I was a bit nervous about booking this property for a romantic getaway, as you never know just how accurate the descriptions are going to be for online vacation rentals in general. This was everything we had hoped for and more. If you're interested in a relaxing, stress-free vacation without breaking the bank, than this is the place for you.

The Property:
I won't go into too much detail about the building and it's amenities because the description does a good job there. I will just give the details on the room. It was clean, well maintained, and everything worked very well especially the A/C. They had almost everything we needed in the room, including beach towels and a small cooler which came in extremely handy for the beach. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener, but you can pick one up at the Publix Grocery Store which is just up the road. The beds were comfortable, and for being a studio it was very spacious. The view is fantastic as well.

The Area:
Some of the most beautiful beaches are very close by, especially Barefoot Beach (just a mile up the road). There is also plenty to do, shopping, restaurants are all fantastic. You won't be sorry.

Customer Service:
The owner and the property manager were very prompt in answering my questions, and when we got there I didn't even need to call for anything. They have a key drop system in the lobby when checking in/out that works very well.

We will definitely be staying here again.
Owner's Response: Enjoy a relaxing escape on one of Florida's most beautiful beaches! After a day at the beach, rinse off in one of the two heated pools or play some tennis on one of the ten clay courts. It will be a treat to return to your spacious room and unwind watching the sun set into the Gulf!
