3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor; 1 bath contains a toilet and sink, the other includes a shower. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a full bed, while the two others contain a total of four twin beds: two single built-in bunk beds in each room. The living room downstairs is very open and well-lit and opens into a beautiful dining room overlooking the water. The dining room table can accommodate 12 people or 6-8 when closed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, mixer, blender, food processor, toaster, coffee maker and lots of pots, pans and dishes. This house is often used by the owner's family, so everything is well maintained. Lawn care is provided.
