Charming chalet with front/back porches on secluded cul-de-sac in Intervale between North Conway and Bartlett. Includes 3 bedrooms plus large living room with both a futon and sleeper sofa and a working fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, and plenty of dishes for cooking or you're just 5 minutes from many of the delicious restaurants that North Conway offers. Minutes from Cranmore, Wildcat, Black and Attitash Mts and within an hour of Bretton Woods and Sunday River. Also close to many great hiking, golfing, and swimming option and just 2 miles from Storyland! Willing to discuss a dog being allowed, please contact owner for details.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $800-$1400/week
  • Winter:
    $450/long weekend (3 night minimum)
    $1000/week.
    $1400/week Vacation and Holiday weeks (any 7 days surrounding 12/25/2009 or 1/1/2010, Feb 13-20, 2009 and Feb 20-Feb 27, 2010). Week-long rentals only during the holidays.
    Contact owner for other durations.

    Summer:
    $800/week.
    $400/3 nights ($125 each additional night).

    Multi-weeks also available. There is a refundable security deposit required. Amount of security deposit dependent upon number of people and if we have agreed upon a dog being allowed.
