From the comfort of your own Living/ Dining/ Master Bedroom you have direct views of the beautiful Turquoise Waters and Chain of Islands the Keys are famous for. In Fall of 2010 the unit was upgraded to include: New Wood Floors throughout, Remodeled Master Bath, New Master Bedroom Furniture Set, New Leather Sofa and Love Seat, and New 32' Plasma in Guest Bedroom.

Whichever home you select, make sure to ask if it meets these important Health & Safety Requirements and is Licensed by the State. Owners that operate thier vacation rental without the proper 'Transient License', are in violation of state law.
Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
As a Miami resident for over 30 years, I have always enjoyed getting away to Key Largo for the fishing, boating, and relaxation that is unique to the area. Being able to share the Key Largo laid back life style with other families from all over the world has truly been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. Over the years I have been able to meet so many people and share stories with them. They all seem to have the same things in common, they all love experiencing nature and the outdoors in a way that brings them closer together as a family.
I am married to a very supportive wife Charlene and have two great kids, Sofia and Fernando Jr. They all love the outdoors just as much as dad. I am a Civil Engineer by trade, having worked for 11 years at a firm in Miami primarily in the areas of Land Development and Highway Design. In the mid 90's I began renting out my second home in Key Largo to generate extra income and as the saying goes 'The rest is history'. I still keep my Engineering License active (worked to hard to get it) and have since obtained my Real-estate License. I am currently a member of the Key Largo Board of Realtors and I'm presently serving as President of the Kawama Yacht Club Board of Directors.

This is our second time to this property because we loved it so much the first time. The location is ideal for a relaxing, away from it all type of holiday which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything we needed for our 7days there and the surrounding area has all the shops and restaurants anyone could need. We will definitely be coming back, in fact we have already reserved our week for 2010!

WoW!!! What a nice place! The condo had everything we needed and then some! The owner was always in contact with us and we actually got to meet him! We came to fish (at the jetty) did not bring a boat, but we still did tons of fishing! The kids used the pool alot, and the beach was nice too! We were there for the 4th of July, and saw fireworks in Islamorada from our balcony!! We will stay here again...Thanks for everything:)
The unit was large and clean, as advertised. The owner was pleasant and attentive. We loved going to sleep with open windows and listening to the ocean. However, the place is not geared for simply "hanging out," as the pool is very small and photos of the beach and facilities were flattering, to say the least.
The condo was exactly as pictured and described. We were a family of 4, and found the accommodations spacious, clean and everything was in working condition. The one drawback is we would have liked to barbeque, but you had to use barbeque grills located on the grounds and only one of these shared grills was in working condition. For a very small investment, this could be improved. This was a minor issue, and overall we had an excellent stay. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a very big plus.
All of the following are within 2 miles of the resort: casino cruise, swim w/Dolphins, scuba, snorkeling, para sailing, boating, fishing, canoe, jet ski, restaurants, shopping. Brand new water park. Relax and have fun!!
