Expanded & renovated in 2008, this cottage is now a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 80ft of frontage on all sports Twin Lake, near Muskegon, MI. Completely equipped kitchen and downstairs living area (with new recliner couch) open up to the deck. Queen bed and bath in main downstairs bedroom. Bunk set in 2nd downstairs bedroom. Upstairs bedroom with full size bed and trundle set. The large loft has a queen sleeper sofa. Well maintained pontoon boat with 25hp motor available at extra charge; great for fishing & exploring the lake. Sandy bottom lake deepens gradually, great swimming for all ages. Lake has quiet park with nice playground & tennis courts. Bring your own boat or jetski and tie it to the 70 ft. dock. Gas grill, washer/dryer, firepit, horseshoes, close to local restaurants and convenient shopping. Michigan Adventure Amusement and Water Park just 10 miles away! Sorry, no pets or smoking.

Located in Twin Lake, MI., 10 miles northeast of Muskegon. Ten minutes to Michigan Adventure Amusement and Water Park, minutes to Lake Michigan State Park beaches, major shopping mall, restaurants and many golf courses. Walking distance to a playground, two tennis courts and three other lakes. This is a sandy bottom lake that kids will love to swim in, with an island just off shore. Fishing is great right off the dock.
