Photos and Description of the Chatham vacation house rental 5 bedrooms and 3 baths; sleeps 10-12

The house is 1.5 miles to town, 1 mile to Oyster Pond and 2 miles to lighthouse beach. To summarize the house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is access to a private dock to enjoy for sunsets and beach combing. The lovely outdoor seating arrangements along with the gas grill will have you cooking out every night and perhaps putting some burgers on the grill for lunch. You do not want to miss this vacation experience. Excellent for children! Chatham is a happy combination of past and present and is old-fashioned, picturesque and yet it offers the best in modern facilities.

  • $525 per night OFF SEASON ONLY!
  • $3500 / per week Summer 2010
    $2625 / per week off season
  • There is a REQUIRED security deposit and REQUIRED cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.

    Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.

    Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
