Wonderful villa at lovely beach resort!

Just back from a delightful January weekend at this villa at Wild Dunes and I am pleased to highly recommend it, based on the location, the comfort of the villa, and the professional way the owner handled all of the details related to our stay. The villa was spacious and updated, with many comforts of home not found in other rentals (plenty of towels, nice sheets and blankets, kitchen supplies, flashlights, books, magazines, area info, etc.). Especially since this was just a quick weekend trip, it certainly simplified packing to know that lots of little things were supplied. The beds were comfy, the three televisions were a big hit with my kids, and we thoroughly enjoyed the two bikes! Watching alligators, turtles, and birds from the two decks was very entertaining and it was great to park our car right in front of the villa. Even on a January afternoon, we enjoyed the beach and the community pool (lounging, not swimming!) and I loved that the villa was so centrally located to the many Wild Dunes amenities (tennis, beach, restaurants,etc...all an easy walk or bike ride away). The historic city of Charleston is just 20 minutes away...lots of sights to see there...also incredible restaurants in Charleston as well as in nearby Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island and Mount Pleasant.
The owner was quick to respond to my inquiries before the trip and everything went smoothly during our stay. A great villa at a great price. Thanks!
