NEW KITCHEN/BATHROOMS/BEDS/CARPET/HARDWOOD FLOORS. SILESTONE/GRANITE IN 2010. NEW 32' hdtv in Sitting Room & Bedroom since photos on site. Brand new Thomasville bedroom suite in Master...Feb. 2013.

I have SPORTSCARD which allows access to Wild Dunes Recreation facilities. Tennis, Heated Recreation Pool, Healthclub, Childrens' activities and camps. Fees charged to use the facilities, even with my Sportscard. Without a sportscard you cannot use the Wild Dunes facilities.

Enjoy bike and walking paths throughout the resort. YOUR VACATION WILL BE SO, SO MUCH MORE FUN!!

Many rental units do not have Sportscard, therefore you cannot use resort amenities. Some complexes do not have any pool access. ALWAYS CHECK WHEN RENTING.

Maximum occupancy 4 aults and l child...No more than 4 adults.........

Pac 'n Play, Stroller & High Chair available. Small fee for usage.

2 BEDROOMS/2 BATHROOMS. WALK-IN shower with safety bar and bench in master. Split bedroom plan with private bathrooms. Perfect for 2 couples. BLACKOUT DRAPERIES BOTH BEDROOMS. New King bed in Master and 2 Queens in guest room. Plus folding twin child's bed. Queen sofa convertible bed.

COZY, COMFORTABLE & CLEAN. All beds have hypoallergetic matress covers encasing matresses & box springs; Luxury 600 count King sheets on all beds. Matresses steam cleaned annually, just cleaned Aug. 28, 12. Carpet cleaned 2 times per year, Aug. 28,2012 last cleaning... Hardwood floor in sitting area.

We have the COTTAGE/BEACHY LOOK & FEEL. WI-FI in unit. COMCAST PREMIUM CHANNELS. 32' HD/DVD in MASTER AND family Room.(Not in photos). DVD/VCR/TV in Guest room. channels in family room. DVD/VCR/TV combo in Guest room for all those old Kids videos. DVD's provided also. Great book collection for casual summer reading.

GRAND PAVILLION POOL AREA Access. No fee USUALLY off-season September - May (except Easter. SUMMER - Free after 6:00 p.m. Not available days in Summer. This is the place to hang out during Summer evenings! Music in The Villages free of charge during Summer. 2 great GOLF COURSES.

Free shuttle within resort. Will take you to beach, Grand Pavillion, tennis, golf, etc.

4 Beach chairs. Umbrellas. Pool float. Beach toys. Overlooks Lagoon - nature at its best.

We cater to families who love cozy and comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Fish from the Lagoon fishing dock in complex.

Closest CONDOS to beach that are not on beach. 6 minute walk to beach. THIS WILL BECOME YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Excellent references - 18 years of booking 'by owner'.

Usually have small supply of coffee filters, spices, oils, etc. Hair dryer in condo. Soaps, linens, etc. no charge for cleaning for 4 nighs or more. New towels November, 2010.

Barbecue allowed but no barbecueing on condo porches. Bring your own protable grill.

YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE WELL EQUIPPED & MAINTAINED CONDO. JUST LIKE HOME.

What a great Lagoon Villa! We’ve been in several and this is one of the nicest we have seen. A very fresh feeling from the moment we walked in. New hardwood and completely re-done kitchen and baths. Beds and linens were exceptional. Jean was so easy to work with… really made us feel like it was our vacation home. Even had bikes for us to use! I would definitely rent from Jean again and will recommend it to others.

My family just returned from our visit at Wild Dunes & Isle of Palms. The rental was perfect in every way. The renting process went smoothly- Jean was really helpfull. The condo was beautiful & very relaxing.

Spring Break Home away from Home!

Clean, modern furnishings. Comfy beds. State of the art kitchen, updated master bath with amazing shower! Washer and dryer to wash clothing mid week and cut down on bringing the whole closet of clothes. Our kids loved the cable and 3 flat screens. We loved the dishwasher, porches and 5 minutes to beach and 10 minutes to Mt. Pleasant. Great bike and running trails. (Owner even had 2 bikes for us to use!) We forgot our pails and shovels for the beach, no worries....owner had those too. Kids loved to watch the birds and turtles in the lagoon right behind the condo.The family enjoyed the feeling of the home away from home. Owner was professional and responsive. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks for a wonderful week!

EXCELLENT CONDO....NICELY MAINTAINED

Our family just enjoyed a long weekend at this condo. It is well furnished. Great beds and master bedroom is especially nice. Looked like a new Thomasville bedroom suite. TV's all nice. Linnens newish...soft towels. Everything we wanted to have a lazy weekend. Great location in the middle of the resort. Not all the restaurants in the resort were open for the season, so we enjoyed going over to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island for dining in the evening. Jean had sent us lots of tourist info. ahead of time, so made the stay easier as we knew just where we needed to go....I wish more owners kept their condos in this condition...

UPSCALE CONDO..NICE

cHARLESTON WAS SO MUCH FUN IN DECEMBER. WE DID TOUR OF HOMES, ETC. THE CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR 2 couples. Loved the private bathrooms. Nice seating arrangements and good quality TV's in each room. Loved that you have VCR so we could record our favorite games-shows. Rarely do rental condos have this. The bikes really added to our trip, as did access to the heated pool. Took as 7 mins. to walk to beach and enjoyed brisk walks..Wild Dunes resort is a great place for adults and children. Our grandchildren visited and enjoyed the playground and heated pool....
