4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8 (adults)- 10 (adults and children)

Spacious, well-appointed villa located on a ChiChi Rodriguez designed golf course. Steps away from the beach. The first floor has a dining room/ living room, family/ entertainment room with cable TV, VCR, DVD and radio/CD player, powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the second and third floors, each with its own bathroom offering privacy. One bathroom on each floor has two sinks and a bidet.

There is a terrace on each floor so that you can enjoy the tropical sun and the ocean breeze. You can also sit on the terrace outside the living room where you will be next to the golf course fairway while you barbecue. Go up to the 4th floor terrace for a breathtaking view of the resort grounds. Enjoy the beach or the villa complex swimming pool. Beach chairs are provided.

Transportation:: Rent a car at the airport and within 30 minutes you will arrive at this dream vacation villa.

Relax by the villa complex swimming pool or walk to the beach and enjoy the warm ocean waters that surround Puerto Rico. Eat at the Embassy Suites or the Dorado del Mar Golf Club restaurants. Play 18 holes at the Dorado del Mar Golf Course. Play tennis, walk, or jog within this beautiful gated resort community. Shop at the nearby stores (supermarket, drugstore, etc.) or eat at the great local as well as chain restaurants.

Golf: Play at the Chi Chi Rodriguez-designed golf course at Dorado del Mar Golf Club.

Our Villa's backyard is the 15th hole fairway. From our Villa's terrace you see the course signature hole (hole 10), as well as the 11th, 16th and 9th.

Green fees to include golf cart are:

We were a group of 24 people.8 persons stayed at that property. Everything was perfect.The property was clean, well maintained. Just a small suggestion, there should be more shadow at the main terace at ground floor. I will recommend that property to my friends.

The stay at the house was terrific. I loved the location. I got everybody up for walks every morning and we enjoyed going to the far side where the coastline is and looking back at the the villas and mountains. It was always breathtaking. We all really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was a great location
-- near everything we needed. We even went kayaking and I left some info. for future guests. Should we go back next year, I will be emailing you again!

We arrived back home last night.

I must tell you that everyone of us had a fantastic time! The villa is beautiful and we were all very comfortable during our stay. We really could not have asked for more. Thanks so much to you and your family for allowing us to stay at your home for the five days. I don't think it would have been quite the same if we had stayed anywhere else. We have very fond memories of our stay that will remain with us for a long time!

Although we have been many other places, It was my first time visiting a "non-English" country or island. However, even though there was the slight language barrier (not everyone we met could speak English) the people were still so helpful and friendly. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island with warm people and we all hope to visit again. To be honest, we did not want to leave.

We had a super time at your condo. I really can't think of anything to add. Everything we needed was right there. We may send you some golfers to use your condo next winter. Everyone has their plans for this year, but we are always looking for new places to go to play golf. With the five courses right there, it is an ideal golf destination. We have returned home after a very enjoyable week in Puerto Rico. Your condo suited our needs perfectly and was a pleasure to live in for the week. The pleasant surroundings and facilities put us all in a very relaxed vacation mind set. We found it a real benefit to be able to have a relatively short, easy drive to Catano where we left our car and took the ferry to old San Juan. No traffic or parking worries made this the ideal way to enjoy all that the old city has to offer. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico but it won't be our last. There is so much to see and do that our week's stay was just a small taste.
