Description of the Kill Devil Hills vacation house rental
Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with rooftop deck that offers great views of the Wright Brother's Memorial and the ocean--awesome sunrises and sunsets!
This home has a well equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator w/ automatic ice maker, blender, coffeemaker, dishwasher & more). The family room has a 32' Flatscreen TV with VCR/DVD, cathedral ceilings, open floorplan to kitchen and sliding glass doors to back deck equipped with deck furniture. For your convenience there are a lot of extras, including: bikes, boogie-boards, coolers, fishing rods, bar-b-que grill , etc.
This home is located near milepost 8, within walking distance to the public beach access and many fine restaurants. We also have a home in Nags Head( just a few miles away) that is available for rent, for multi family groups. Call or e-mail for more info.

The Outer Banks is a great place to create a memorable family vacation for many years to come. Besides the obvious choices of enjoying the ocean waves or the calm, serene sound (which offers many watersports including sailing, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, para-sailing, & more).
You can also enjoy a hike up Jockey's Ridge (The largest sand dune on the east coast, which offers hang-gliding lessons!). A 1400 acre natural preserve with hiking trails is located minutes from the cottage. A short drive south takes you to the 4-wheeling beaches where you may spot a heard of wild ponies. A short drive north takes you to the island of Ocracoke.
