You’ll love staying at Snowblaze. We are conveniently located across the street from Park City Mountain Resort.

Our unit is truly family-owned and operated. You really are renting from the owner. Several of the units listed on VRBO are managed by property management companies and their rates reflect it. Our rates are lower because we do not list our condo through a property management company and don’t pay commissions. As thrifty travelers ourselves, we are happy to pass those savings on to you.

Our vacation home is 900 square feet and sleeps six (two queens and twin bunk). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The queen beds are new, as are the three flat-screen HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms. A combo washer/dryer was added as part of the recent bathroom renovation. Other amenities include a wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. You'll have access to our heated pool, hot tub and fire pit. Just down the hall is a fitness center.

NEW FOR THE 2014-15 SKI SEASON: We are very excited about our newest renovation, which includes new hardwood flooring in the living area and new carpet, paint and furniture in the bedrooms. Be among the first to enjoy these improvements!

Snowblaze is only steps from Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street. It’s only a three minute walk to the high-speed Payday and Crescent lifts and the ‘greatest snow on earth.’ Just out the door is a Park City Transit shuttle stop, providing free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Utah Olympic Park, the Outlet Mall, or nearly anywhere you want to go around Park City.

Half a block away you’ll find the historic Miners Hospital, temporary home of the Park City Library, where you can check out a book for the week or visit the Guinea pigs that live there. City Park skate park is next door. In about five minutes you can be in the heart of Main Street’s many shops, art galleries and world-class restaurants. We like to walk because with all the calories you are walking off, you can eat what you want. And the walk home is all downhill!

Nearby you’ll also find grocery, wine/liquor, drug stores and other retail outlets.

There is no check-in to hassle with. You can come directly from the airport to the unit and enter using an access code provided in advance.

About Linda

Our family loves the mountains and beach. Since we have neither in Dallas, we purchased Snowblaze 108 after skiing Park City over two spring breaks.

Why Linda chose Snow Blaze

Our condo complex is small and quiet and a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street.

We love Park City because of the beauty of the Wasatch, the energy of Main Street, its history and old homes, and of course, the ‘Greatest Snow on Earth.’

What makes this condo unique

One of our favorite things about Snowblaze is its distance from the airport. We can be here in 35 minutes from Salt Lake International. That's about the same time it takes to drive from our home in Dallas to DFW Airport!

We like walking home for lunch on ski days and walking to Main Street for dinner or shopping. It's also fun to ski Deer Valley and Canyons or drive over to Snowbird or Alta. After a day on the mountain, the hot tub, fire pit and heated pool are great ways to relax.

In the summer, we love the cool temperatures, hiking every morning, fly fishing, mountain biking, Park Silly, the Farmer's Market and the midweek concert at Deer Valley.

I really loved your condo. I liked the location, the size of the condo, the comfort of the queen size bed I used, and your tasteful decoration. The little dining table and the cloth on it are beautiful, the kitchen is attractive and had all the utensils I’ve needed, and your refrigerator, washer/dryer, and queen beds are all top quality, and I appreciated them.



I’ve been in Park City the last three years and should probably try another resort, but if I do go back next year, I’ll be getting in touch with you about renting Snowblaze 108 again.

Great location and lovely condo!

Our stay at Snow Blaze was easy and stress free. It was so nice to be able to just walk into the condo with no "check in" process. The condo was comfortably decorated, nicely updated and very clean.

The base of PC mountain was a short 5-8 minute walk and the bus stop to Main Street/Deer Valley was a little over a block away. Very convenient.

The owner communication is exceptional (Thank you Linda!)!

We were very pleased with our stay at Snow Blaze!

Wonderful stay!

The place is great - it has everything you need and it's conveniently located to walk anywhere in town! Perfect place for us. The owners were really efficient with communication and everything was smooth at check in/out.

The only not perfect thing was the open wifi that didn't work at times and got really slow. Otherwise a perfect place.

Didn't get to go in the hottub/pool but it looks great.

Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Flow the snow

We are a family of 5 from Australia who have been skiing and travelling since December 16. Colorado and then Utah.

Snowblaze is an excellent condo to stay in. It is very central to everything making it is very easy to get around - especially with it's very close proximity to Park Avenue which is the main thoroughfare for multiple bus lines. Google maps is invaluable because Park city bus timetable is embedded in it. Less than 3minute walk to bus stop.

The vehicle entrance is too low to fit a vehicle like a 10 seater van/shuttle from the airport, SUV suburbans are ok without roof pods. We unloaded on the driveway and it was an easy short walk to the building lift. No stairs to climb. Cars are not required in Park City but there is an undercover parking area.

It's an older building but it did not disappoint us. The condo interior is much nicer. After all we are not here for the architecture.

The condo interior has been renovated. Nice bathrooms, full kitchen, spacious for family of 5 including teenage boys. Beds were comfortable and the condo warm. TV with individual Comcast in lounge, and both bedrooms - so you can watch different channels at the same time. And a laundry inside condo with a washer dryer combo so you can wash then dry without reloading from washer to dryer.

Access to Park City mountain resort is easy - take lift one floor up and walk to empire avenue building entrance, cross the car park and you are there. 12 minutes to Crescent Lift.

Cab ride to Redstone cinemas is about $15 plus tips. When you get to Park City, find a nearby cab and ask him for their phone number, so late at night you have an option of catching a cab when the buses run to a more infrequent schedule. We called the same cab three times after late night sojourns to Redstone.

Before you checkin the owners sent me a link to the Honeaway app which contains the checkin details and door codes. The app will contain all the info you need.

Wifi is very reliable and do not require entering login passwords.

So when we do come back to Park City we will come stay here again. The owners are very easy to deal with during the initial enquiries and reservation phase, but during our stay we did not have to contact them at all. It was that easy!!. Having no front desk to deal with is really nice.

Thanks Linda!. We had a great time but unfortunately had to make a 32 hour door to door trip back home just before the Sundance festival.

Perfect ski condo

Our family of 4 (kids 16 and 20) had a terrific ski week at Snowblaze. The location is a short walk across the parking lot to the main Park City Resort Center. The condo is perfectly equipped - nice linens, plenty of towels including extras. The kitchen had everything we needed to do most of our own cooking including a large pasta pot! Plenty of firewood was provided for a nice cozy fire each night. You will love this place and we hope we can return someday!

Great location, great accommodations

We came to Park City for a softball tournament and were referred to VRBO, and found this lovely home. The location is perfect, the condo was exactly what we needed! It is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owners communication is amazing, and had we had any issues (which we didn't) I have no doubt it would have been taken care of immediately! I highly recommend this location - it is close to downtown (and a bus is right around the corner if the walk is a bit too long), and even the location of the unit in the building is perfect. Very happy with our choice to stay here!

Awesome family retreat!!

Very neat immaculate condo in Park City. Very close to ski resort, and Main Street the accommodations were perfect and we loved the hot tub after a full day of skiing. Great town and great place to stay in park city. You won't be disappointed.
