Just a 2 minute walk from the Boat slip and steps from the shops, clubs, and galleries of Commercial Street, this is a recently renovated charming, immaculate 1st floor 1 bedroom consisting of a living room/ kitchen area combined. Includes a full bath with a separate bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Amenities include: washer/dryer; dishwasher, air conditioning, telephone with unlimited local calling, cable/color TV, VCR, CD/stereo, plus recently added DSL high speed wireless Internet access. There is a fireplace which takes worry-free sterio cans. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Parking for 1 car. No smoking or pets please. Maximum # of people: 2. Small outside area on the side. *** Please note: Holiday weeks or weekends are extra $1275

This west end condo is conveniently located in the heart of Provincetown, steps from Commercial Street. The Condo is on Montello which is between Conant and Pleasant Street. Park your car at the condo and you're minutes to coffee houses, beaches, restaurants, shops and galleries. Imagine spending your day at the beach, coming back to refresh and spending an afternoon in town shopping or enjoy dancing at the Boatslip for tea. All are within a short walking distance. After tea, come back to your beautiful condo to prepare for dinner and a night on the town! Being right near the water, you can start off with swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating of all sorts (rental is not far away), biking, walking, and of course strolling along the wonderful streets of the West End. It's a short walk to the breakwater and Long Point Lighthouse, the Moors, Herring Cove Beach, and the fantastic bike trails.
