With all the features and comforts of home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, comfortable couches, large dining room table for meetings, Roadrunner, cable TV, heated tile floors, and 3 acres of privacy. 2 fireplaces, Jacuzzi hot tub in master bedroom. full kitchen, Next door to golf course. Also free access to owners 130 acre farm for fishing, hunting, snowmobiling etc.

While you are a guest of ours, you also have access to 130 acres of our farmland where you can hunt, target shoot, skeet shooting, deer, turkey goose and duck hunting. We also have a mile of Poestenkill Creek, which is stocked with trout by the state of New York. Canoeing, kayaking and cross country skiing and snowmobiling is also available on the property. Our home is also a 1 hour drive from the best ski areas in the east. Gore Mountain, Mt. Snow & Stratton Mt.
