This home has everything for everyone in the family. It's located on a quiet Naushop street just a few yards from the neighborhood's private park. Rooms are spacious, bright, and cheerful. The open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen offers plenty of space for entertaining yourselves or guests. Large master bedroom has its own bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub. Two quaintly decorated bedrooms each sleep two and share a bathroom of their own. Games, foosball table, TV/VCR, and two daybeds make the finished basement a fun playroom. Outside, you'll find a pleasant terrace, an outdoor shower, and a large, flat yard that is ideal for outdoor play or simply relaxing in one of the Adirondack chairs.

Staying in Naushop gives you access to the neighborhood park, which features two tennis courts, a large swimming pool and smaller baby pool, a playground, a shuffleboard court, and a clubhouse. The wide, quiet streets of Naushop are ideal for riding bikes or going for an evening stroll. Popular Surfside Beach is only a mile and a half away, and other less crowded beaches are even closer. The action-packed center of Town is only 1.5 miles away, and numerous restaurants and stores (including a supermarket), are even closer. Activities are limitless and convenient: For example, rent a bike at the nearby shop, hop onto nearby Milestone Rd., and pedal out to 'Sconset.
