Nicely furnished townhouse condo overlooking lovely Newfound Lake and the adjacent mountains. An ideal place for a family away from the hustle and bustle of a ski resort with all the conveniences of home . It is also perfect for those on temporary work assignment at one of the area's businesses or hospitals. Enjoy a fall getaway at our lovely condo. Prime weeks are still available at off season rates. This year we are also offering a winter special of $654 + utilities per month for a three month minimum booking. The Lakes region has many restaurants with selections for everyone's taste and pocketbook. There are gift shops in town and the outlets in Tilton are only 35 minutes away. Payments may be made using PayPal.

Across the lake from the newly reopened Tenney Mountain, about 20 minutes from Ragged Mountain, 45 minutes from Waterville Valley, and less than an hour from Cannon and Loon Mountains. About 35 minutes from the outlet mall at Tilton.

We stayed at this condo last weekend while we were attending a retreat at Camp Berea and had a fantastic time. The owners were very friendly and had such good communication. They take great care of their place, it was very clean, had new matteresses, and GREAT hot water pressure (which is not always easy to find in lake areas). We would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Honeymoon vacation

My new wife and I had a great honeymoon here. The view is great, and we used the condo as a very central location for day tours to Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. It was very confortable, and we would recommend it to anyone needing some time away.
