Privacy abounds this spacious sun drenched 3 bedroom, 2 full bath luxury villa with cathedral ceilings overlooking the 18th hole of the Ocean Edge golf course. Just a short walk to the Arbor Pool and Linx restaurant. Topping the amenities are central air-conditioning and Oak floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and love seat with private full bath and private balcony. Spacious second bedroom includes two queen-size beds with private balcony. Third bedroom includes a queen-size futon with sliding doors to outside deck. All bedrooms include full cable TV and DVD players. Kitchen and Bathrooms remodeled in 2007. Painted in 2008. The living room has an entertainment center including stereo/TV/DVD/VCR and a top DVD/VCR video library for your convenience. Fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room area that comfortably seats eight. There is an electric grill and outdoor dining for six. Full capacity load washer/dryer makes this the perfect home away from home vacation.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Miles
Ocean Edge is situated off Route 6A in downtown Brewster (the inside portion of the Cape Cod elbow). It has a championship golf course, outdoor and indoor pools, tennis courts, basketball court, clubhouse and poolside restaurants, and children's playgrounds. Brewster bay beaches are approximately 2 miles away. It is a short drive to the National Seashore and ocean beaches. The Cape Cod bike trail goes right through the resort and bike rentals are available. Some other activities on the Cape include whale watching, fishing, hiking, and antiquing, to name a few. Plenty of kid's activities and miniature golf courses! There are also several museums of historical interest throughout the Cape.
