Home is located one block east of Montauk Village, in a nature preserve south of Montauk Highway on a quarter acre, no other homes are visible. Walk 1800 feet to one of the world's top beaches, or walk two blocks to the center of Montauk Village. Two decks, one outside the kitchen sliding doors, and an upper deck with a view. There is grass yard for the children to play on. The house is located on the south-east corner of Montauk Hwy & S.Etna Ave

Car: not necessary
Walk to the ocean, town, stores, restaurants, bars. Minutes by car is a premium public golf course, public pools, great fishing, boating, state parks with hiking and mountain bike trails, wind surfing area with rentals, and many nature preserves. Stay home and enjoy the quiet of the nature preserve or have a party without disturbing the neighbors.

    Note: Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice

    A 1/3 deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance due 7 days prior to rental period.

    All weekly/ monthly rentals start on Sunday afternoon and end on Saturday at 10:00AM.

    No rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
    A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
    Cleaning fee of $200 for 6 people for each stay, each additional person $20.

    Pets: $25/day, $125/week

The location of the house is in a nature preserve, it gave you privacy and a filling of being in the country. It was a short walk or drive to the beach/ocean or the town. The house was clean but needed a little maintenance.
The family had a great time.
