A small semi-circular deck is right outside two large sliding glass doors. There is a second large living area with a dining table that seats four, but opens to seat ten. A third bathroom containing a full bath with tub and shower also is located on the main floor. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, electric stove, and efficient gas heater for chilly nights (rarely needed in summer). Because it is a private home and the owners love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with blender, food processor, mixers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, bread maker and lots of pots and pans .There are lovely dishes as well. The house comes with all linens, towels, table linens and lawn service. There is also a sheltered outdoor shower that overlooks a small garden. Lawn care is provided.
