Beautiful deep water canal (sailboat access), just a few hundred feet from the wonderful Caloosahatchee river. Jump in your boat (a marina is just around the bend) or fish off the deck located 10 feet behind a spacious lanai where a bubbling spa cascades into a nice pool. Comfortable patio furniture makes it hard to want to leave the lanai, but when you do enter the house, you will find a totally renovated home with all new appliances. This home has two bedrooms, one bath, a garage and an office/computer room. The living room houses a romantic fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen bar as well as the dining room. The yard is landscaped with various blooming shrubs, orange, grapefruit and tangerine trees. A portion of the backyard is fenced adequately to safeguard your pets. This home is in a fantastic neighborhood within five minutes of everyday shopping needs (bank, grocery, stripmall.)

Walk out of the house through the lanai off the deck into your boat and float and/or fish the Caloosahatchee River. Head downstream and find yourself in the beautiful bay waters where the Gulf is just minutes away. There are many beaches, golf courses, parks, fine food, nightclubs and shopping stores/malls. Take a shuttle cat and be in the Keys in 3 1/2 hours. There are many short excursions that can enable you to see what Southwest Florida is all about.

Nancy and I just got back from a wonderfull month stay at this house in Paradise Shores. We can't say enough about how comfortable the House, Pool and spa are, and not to mention how the owner Gabe was so accomodating in every way to make sure that we had everything we needed and then some. When we were on our way down (driving) we had called Gabe to let him know our ETA he offered to pick up a bottle of wine, steak, coffee ect... NOW THAT HOSPITALITY!!!! We have gained a wonderfull friend in him and will return for many years to come, to a place we call "HOME". To close, Gabe we would like to thank you for everything you did to make us feel right at home.
