Perched 45 feet above sea level, but only 150 yards from Wellfleet Harbor, this home has been completely renovated to provide a 'resort' experience on prestigious Chequessett Neck. There are panoramic water views of Wellfleet Harbor and across the bay to the Cape Cod Canal from the large deck, living room, bedrooms and sun room. Walk to Mayo Beach, Wellfleet Harbor, theatre, restaurants, fishing, golf and tennis. Bikes and tennis racquets are provided. Your vacation home features everything new and comfortable including aTempurpedic queen-size bed, gourmet-equipped kitchen, outside shower, fireplace and two large picture windows in the living room and sun room to bring the bay into your home. The owners take pride in their home and only make it available to discriminating guests for a limited number of weeks in the Summer.

Our home is a value alternative for those considering resorts (Wequasset Inn, Chatham Bars Inn) in other parts of the Cape. Compare our rates on a nightly basis. The Chequessett Neck area is the only part of Wellfleet where you can access town, harbor and beaches without going on Route 6. With the varied array of activities and amenities at your doorstep, you can kayak, golf, bike and swim in one day. (We have done it). Bad weather? Snuggle before the fireplace with a good book from our library. Just lazy? Lounge on the deck or hammock.
