It contains a large living room, vaulted ceiling, a real stone fire place, Kitchen/Dining area, Screened porch facing the lake is accessed from living or dining area, Open Patio off master bedroom with Lake View, 2 car carport and is very nicely furnished. Bring your suitcase and a good book, that is all you need.

Being native Floridians, we can direct you to out of the way places that will show the beauty of what the real 'Old Florida' is about, away from the billboards and glare of the Theme parks. Lake Dorr House is in the 'Florida Natural Springs Corridor'. A must see.

Lake Dorr House is situated on the private estate of the owner is very secure and beautifully maintained.

This is our second time at Lake Dorr House and we absolutely love it here. It’s just as the pictures show – beautifully landscaped grounds, immaculately maintained house, tastefully furnished, comfy beds, and a peaceful lake. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating, and are happy to share their extensive knowledge of outdoor activities in the surrounding area. It’s an ideal place for canoeing, running, and bicycling. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, get-away with nature at your fingertips, you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return!
