A Nantucket classic, antique residence with stylish 'beach cottage' decor, Barn House is a smoke free house and is available for rent by the week, month or season or off-season. Barn House is convenient to shopping, town, and the beaches. House Description: The first floor has one bedroom with a full-size bed and attached full bath. The common areas on the first floor are recently renovated and spacious. The gourmet kitchen has new cabinets and appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining room has a large harvest table for family meals. The living room is comfortable and stylish with a color television, DVD/VCR player and stereo/CD player. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a charming one room cottage with queen bed and full bath located adjacent to the main house and patio/courtyard. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. One second-floor bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The master bedroom has a king bed (can convert to twins).
