Tom Nevers House Rental Photos and Description
3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, sleeps up to 6
This traditional, updated, two-story 'Nantucket upside-down Colonial' offers striking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The home is across the street from the ocean and adjacent to conservation land, with miles of quiet, unpaved paths for you to wander. It is off the street and has a private yard. It is close enough to town to enjoy its many fine shops and restaurants, yet far enough away from this island's busy town to allow for peace and relaxation while enjoying the ocean view or a star-filled sky. Our smoke-free home is also close to 'Sconset' and all of its charms. Dine on the spacious deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The house also offers an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill. There's a nice playground within a short walk at the beach for the kids.
The first floor has three bedrooms, full bath with tub and shower, and laundry. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. The master bedroom has an HDTV with full digital cable service as well.
Walk upstairs into the large A-frame open floor plan with updated kitchen, dining room, living room with comfortable seating for up to 7, a deck off of the living room with great ocean views, HD cable TV and DVD player, home theater system, and half-bath. There are two sets of linens provided for each bed as well as a full set of towels and beach towels. The yard is very private with naturally landscaped borders. Our home is not far from the bike path from town to Sconset, where you can enjoy biking, jogging, and rollerblading. It is also just a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) to a playground or surf casting at the beach.

Guestbook comments from the owner
"I have stayed in this property for a business trip in September and loved it. Wish I could have stayed longer. I am currently planning a vacation with family to stay in this house for July and can't wait to use the beach and go whale-watching. The house is roomy and very clean. It has all the amenities that you could need. The location is perfect too: remote enough to feel secluded, but close enough to easily get to town."
