Located on a private cul-de-sac just a bike ride away from Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, this home and neighborhood provide the ideal setting for a family vacation. Within close proximity are gourmet restaurants, fabulous shops, two community playhouses, a movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses and a shell museum. Leave your worries and your car behind and take off on the 26 miles of nearby biking, rollerblading, and walking paths. This child-friendly, quiet neighborhood home offers one-level living and is the perfect peaceful retreat. Monthly (or longer) rentals only - week rentals not available.

Theaters, restaurants, and shopping within biking range. Kids will love to play in the pool just outside their bedroom. Vacationers will love the peace and quiet--very private, peaceful view of lagoon and only the noise of palms rustling and birds calling. Gardeners will love the lush tropical landscaping with bougainvilleas, bananas, grapefruits, many types of palms, and fragrant night blooming cereus cactus vine. Birders will delight in seeing white ibis, osprey, pelicans, pileated woodpeckers, mocking birds, herons, egrets, and a host of other birds.
