Condominium, comfortably furnished/equipped, woodside setting, second floor unit, cathedral ceilings, 9x16 screened porch. 9x10 deck. We take pride in our unit and ask guests to do the same. Leisure walks (5-10 minutes) to beach, tennis, town center, hotel, Night Heron Park, shops. Night Heron Park: nature center, snack shop, playground, volleyball, soccer field, lighted basketball court, biking, rollerblading, children's programs. Hotel amenities (dining, shops, golf, tennis) available for fee.

Location and Pool Access: Our villa is in Parkside on Night Heron Park. It is a comfortably appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is great for 2 couples or a family. On foot, via bike path, it's an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Many owners who aren't right on the water opt to drive and park at the Night Heron beach access, particularly if they have a lot of beach gear. At present, we cannot offer pool access. Villa sleeps 5 people. King size bed in one bedroom: a queen size bed and a twin in the other bedroom.
