The home is entered through a lovely gated courtyard fragrant with climbing jasmine and a working fountain. This home is part of a small downtown estate dating from the early 1800's and has been newly remodeled. The main house features a living room with fireplace, and an eat in kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs is a full bath with shower, a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a sitting room/dressing room. Across the courtyard is a guest house with living room, laundry room, a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with shower. Antiques, nautical paintings, and comfortable furniture make this house cozy and appealing. It comes fully furnished with linens and towels. Cable TV, high speed internet, DVD surround sound player, stereo and off-street parking.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. It is so close to everything and the owners were so helpful.
The entire apartment is cozy and is located on a very historical street. The layout is wonderful for a couple with guests or older children.
I would like to return.
