Located in Waterville Estates, Campton, NH. This spacious 4 level townhome is located in the White Mountains, is fully furnished and has new carpets. Top Level: mudroom, dining area, fully applianced kitchen, and sitting area. Pull out queen sofa sleeps two. 2nd Level: Queen-size bdr with a super comfy pillowtop mattress and cathedral ceiling, there is a full bedroom with large closet and a twin bedroom. There is also a full bath on this level. 3rd Level: Large family room with cathedral ceilings, sitting area for playing games and a twin sofa bed. Enjoy a DVD or VCR movie or relax by the fireplace. 4th Level: Full bathroom, Lrge bedroom with two bunks (bottom beds are doubles and top beds are singles). There is a table and chairs for playing cards or games and a TV & VCR. We also leave many staples in the kitchen in case you forget coffee filters, ketchup or salad dressing. We request NO pets/peanuts due to asthma & allergies. Please note *sheets and towels are NOT included

4 passes to the multi-million dollar sports center are provided for each townhouse. Children under 6 admitted free. Additional adults will be charged $10.00 per day. Two indoor heated pools, sauna, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, gym, basketball, tennis courts, volleyball courts and playground for small children. Private lake with beach and paddle boats. Plenty of attractions and activities all nearby! Hiking, fishing, golf, canoeing, skiing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, bike trails, snowmobiling, shopping, White Mountains attractions. Major ski areas 15 min. to Waterville, 15 min. to Tenney, 20 min. to Loon, 30 min. to Cannon. Something to do all year long. Very convenient location to shopping outlets, restaurants, and lots of site seeing spots and activities - waterfalls, covered bridges, hiking, biking, fishing, swimming.

We would highly recommend your place to anyone. We liked the way the place was laid out. We had room to gather everyone but we also had enough different areas for privacy. Your place has all the little things you need for a vacation. We also appreciated all the information you had organized regarding the area. It saved us a lot of time. We'll definitely be back in the future.

A GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY

We had an AMAZING time when our family spent a week at this amazing condo...There was so much room...the kitchen had all the gadgets you need, there were hundreds of games and movies, 2 game systems and tons of board games and books!! Every single room was comfortable and cozy and truly felt like a home away from home!!
PLUS
Waterville Estates has soooo much to offer the entire family, there are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a lounge, a beach and my kids caught 15 trout...what a feast we had!!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE BACK-HOPEFULLY SOON!

Great Vacation Home

My family enjoyed staying in this beautiful townhouse! There was plenty of room for all of us, and everything you need was there. This home is clean and comfortable! For the first part of the week there was 6 adults and 5 childern and everyone had plenty of space. We all really enjoyed the rec center, the food was excellent, the kids loved the indoor pool on the rainy days and the beech on the sunny days!! They especially loved the paddle boats!! Getting around to see this beautiful state was easy, the house was just 10 minutes off 93. Also, being set in the mountains, the house stayed cool and was great sleeping at night with the windows open in the summer. I would recommend this townhouse to any size family, great place, great value, great vacation!!! We would love to stay here again.

Spacious and convenient to mountain

10 adults stayed comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was cable and games, a fireplace and it was a short drive to Waterville Valley. The hot tub at the clubhouse was nice after a day of skiing.

A wonderful weekend get away

We recently stayed in this townhome while enjoying a weekend of skiing at Waterville Valley with 4 other couples/families. The townhome was a great place to stay at. It was extremely spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sleep, watch tv, and hang out. We had an infant and 2 toddlers with us and the unit was extremely kid friendly. Tons of toys and activities--I didn't need to break out any of the ones we brought. The nearby pool facitility that we had access to because of staying in this unit was gorgeous with 2 pools and a jacuzzi. The kids had a blast swimming while we rested our aching muscles from a hard day's skiing.
