Our beautiful 2 story, end-unit Townhouse in Delray's Kokomo Key development has just been professionally re-done and decorated with all new high quality, Ethan Allen furniture, in a refreshing tropical bahama/islands style. Casual, comfortable, quite and convenient, our townhouse is in a lovely, gated intercoastal community that has the look and feel of a tropical resort. Our home is less than 300 feet from either the large heated pool or the serene intercoastal waterway. We look across and abut a wildlife preserve and the 500 feet of common land, waterside paths and gazebo affords unmatched water and golf course views. The award-winning 2 mile municipal beach and boardwalk and Delray's downtown and Atlantic Avenue are all less than 2 miles away. Our Townhouse sports an oversized master bedroom with mahogany king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath with an oval roman tub, all overlooking the lush wildlife preserve.

The guest bedroom has extra-long twins that can merge into a king and has a bath with a large shower. The living room has all the luxuries to relax or entertain and the adjoining screened porch is appointed with cushioned wicker seating. The kitchen has all the appliances and accessories of any home and together with a new gas grill will make entertaining a pleasure.

The listing description for this lovely, quiet condo/townhouse is very accurate plus the grounds are very clean & well maintained. Excellent condo amenities with very personable, nice owners. Friendly condo owners in the adjoining units throughout the complex. We would have enjoyed a small TV in master bedroom but not a necessity, just something that was available at other locations we have rented in previous years.

Delray is a great area with a downtown festival or special activity most every weekend. Boyton Beach also has many attractions and both have excellent restaurants.
