Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Our cabin-style townhome is located in the prestigious Escape townhomes, immediately adjacent to Snow SummitSki Resort and their summer sky chair.

THIS IS THE MOST LUXURIOUS UNIT IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX.

The balcony has a new, all-stainless steel barbeque, located on an upper deck that overlooks a wooded area. The townhome was completely remodeled in 2004. The granite kitchen has all new cookware, stoneware, sliverware, and utensils. Complimentary coffee!

Our townhome has the highy sought "inverted" floorplan, meaning that the bedrooms are downstairs where its cooler in the summer, and the living areas are upstairs with high vaulted "A-frame" ceilings.

All the activities you're looking for are adjacent or nearby. the lake is less than 1 mile. Snow Summit ski resort and summer sky chair are right next door...you can walk it in ski boots!

We welcome any renters who will take excellent care of our home. Families with well behaved children are welcome (some kids toys are available). If you have your own vacation home in a desireable location, we are receptive to trades.

We're immediately adjacent to Snow Summit...no driving to go skiing or us the summer sky chair. It's beautiful here, inside and out.

What makes this townhome unique

Our kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'll need to whip up everything from light snacks to a full gormet meal. The stainless steel BBQ is great for grillin' year round. Every convenience is here...two large TVs, VCR/DVD players and a well stocked movie library.

Easy walking distance to slopes. Even popped back for lunch of steaks on the grill then headed back for more skiing and kids afternoon lessons. Place has everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Great Location and Unit

Everything was fantastic at this townhome. You can not beat the location. Literally a walk out the back and up the block a bit and there is the Snow Summit parking lot. We got a ton of snow which was great.
The only complaint I have is the lighting was a little dark downstairs, other then that this unit has it all! It is also close to everything.
The process was super easy with the owner also. Excellent transaction all the way around. Definately would recommend this unit to others. In fact we hope to be back soon and if we do this is definately the place we will be staying.

Comfortable Townhouse with a great location

This townhome is very well located. We didn't have drive to the Snow Summit ski resort, just walked. We were able to come back to the condo for lunch and strech out; a good break after skiing all morning. The parking was free! Everything was pretty much as described by the owner - nice and clean inside, lots of movies and games (kept our kids entertained), and good kitchen ware. The four stars is because we were seven people staying and only four towels were provided. Also, there were no bed lenins for the sofa pullout bed. However, there were sufficient blankets and covers. Other than that our stay at this townhouse was very comfortable and we will probably go back there again taking some towels and sheets with us.

Excellent Location

The unit is truly walking distance to Snow Summit. We made a last minute trip and the owner's secretary was very accommmodating. Unfortunately, the unit wasn't clean until 3:30pm although we arrived about 12:30pm. The on-site office staff were nice, but it seems there was some communication break down. The condo has a great layout and well stocked with toys, movies, books, board games kitchen utensils, blankets and even humidifiers which is great in the mountains. Everything was clean except the carpet was pretty stained. The upstairs never seemed to be that warm, so blankets and sweaters were necessary. The bedrooms were very warm at night. A great place for a family ski getaway.
