Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa - private solar pool. Broadband/bikes. Overlooks the Rotonda River. 2 master bedrooms with en-suites. Ideal for 2 couples sharing. Easy reach of 4 of the whitest finest sandy beaches. 5 golf courses close by. Minutes from a wealth of shops, stores and restaurants.

Couldn't resist buying this lovely detached villa home. Previously a showhouse, it was everything we were looking for in a larger than average holiday home. Set in a quiet, serene and relaxing residential area. With a south facing private solar heated pool, it is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in every room. This comfortable villa is maintained to a very high standard and comes fully equipped to include all bed linen and towels. Broadband high speed internet + local and national phone calls free. Wifi

This area is also served by numerous first class restaurants for all tastes and pockets, supermarkets (6/7mins away).

RESTAURANTS are everywhere and you will find friendly and attentive service while enjoying a spectacular sunset or simply basking in the warmth of Florida's weather. Did we hear SHOPPING? Port Charlotte has it's own Mall and Venice which is just a few miles up the road has some very pretty shopping around the coast. There are two discount outlets, one to the north and one to the south.

20% deposit required on booking. Returnable security deposit of £150 and balance of rental required 6 weeks before holiday date. A departure cleaning fee of £35 is charged. This is a smoke free home. Thank you. Euros welcome.
