This beautifully refurbished Chatham rental house has a path that leads to a semi-private beach less than 200 feet away and just down from Lighthouse Beach. It is also close to town. There are multi-level decks with spectacular views of the Atlantic. This four bedroom four and a half bath property is very tastefully decorated and a truly unique custom home boasting a formal living room, great room, two second floor master bedrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. Amenities include central a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, microwave, 3TVs (including NESN), 3DVD/VCRs, high speed wireless internet access, one wood burning and one gas fireplace, and the added plus of a finished cellar with 2 day beds, wet bar area and a comfortable living area. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included. This property has a cleaning fee of $425 and an Accidental Damage Protection fee of $150.

From this well appointed, spacious Chatham Rental home, you have beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from nearly all of the rooms. You get the best of both worlds because famous Lighthouse Beach is only 1/10th of a mile away while Downtown Chatham is under a mile away. The neighborhood has all the charm of an old fishing village however this home is updated with the latest technology, appliances and furniture. The clay tennis courts at the Chatham Bars Inn is only 1/2 mile away (reservations required) and the Morris Island nature trails are also nearby.
