Villas Lycia and Patara are adjoining private self-catering sea front villas, located on the renowned Turquoise coast of Turkey 10 minutes drive from Kas. Set out on three floors, both are similarly designed, fully furnished, equipped and superbly decorated in traditional Turkish style providing a haven for tranquillity and relaxation. The 4 bedrooms each have a balcony boasting spectacular views and sleep up to 7 people. There are 3 fully fitted bathrooms, an open plan kitchen which leads into a dinning area and spacious lounge which opens out onto the patio and barbecue area, then meander through the fragrant gardens to the large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, on to the walkway leading through the lush olive grove to the sea and the villas swimming platform, perfect for snorkelling. Additional facilities include; air conditioning, central heating, car parking, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, CD and radio. The villas are ideal for all your holiday needs.

Surrounded on 3 sides by the Taurus Mountains, Kas overlooks the Greek island of Meis. Steeped in historical charm & breathtaking views it retains many of its old traditions. The most renowned remains of its ancient city are the Amphitheatre to the west and rock carved tombs to the north of the town. Modern day Kas offers excellent restaurants, terrace bars and tea gardens, pretty cobbled streets abundant with exclusive shops & craft centres. There are 2 beaches in Kas - Big & Little Pebble Beach also the lovely Limanagzi Beach with restaurant & facilities can be reached by water taxi. For a sandy beach take a dolmus or drive to the dramatic gorge of Kaputas. Nearby is the famous Patara beach stretching 18Km where you can spot the delightful Caretta-Caretta sea turtles. There are a myriad of cultural trips including to the Sunken City of Kekova & Simena. For the adventurous, jeep safaris, scuba diving, paragliding, cruising, fishing or swimming with dolphins at the nearby Aqua Park.

Notes: The villa is ideally laid out to accommodate families and couples. Both villas have a cot & high chair & 1 booster seat is available. The master bedroom is en-suite. The patio area is equipped with table, chairs, comfortable padded sunloungers and parasols. Each villa has a barbecue. The lush garden is attended daily by our gardener who will also leave fresh bread for you every morning on request.The villa has mosquito guards on all the windows and doors and every bedroom has a balcony complete with chairs and table - an ideal spot to watch the sun set over the stunning and therapeutic views! The large private swimming pool and jacuzzi are shared with our adjoining villa and two other private villas. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the villa with the exception of guide dogs. Both villas will be thoroughly cleaned and linen replaced once a week during your stay. Our villa management agents, Liz and Yil, are based in Kas and are always on hand in case you have any queries.

Transport: Airport Transfers - We are very happy to arrange these for you through our local contacts. Transfer costs are approximately £30 per person. This is based on a vehicle for 4 people and covers the journey from Dalaman or Antalya airport to Villa Lycia or Villa Patara and back to the airport. Car hire is very reasonable and again we can arrange this for you. There is a car parking space available at the villas. We can also arrange jeep and mountain bike hire. A bus service stops just near to the villas regularly throughout the day and evening and takes just 12 minutes to get into Kas. The last bus leaves the harbour at midnight. A taxi from Kas to the villas costs approximately £4
