Tastefully decorated, the open floor plan of the living and dining room invites the splendor of the San Jacinto mountains, a gas log fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool. The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped for all of your dining needs.

The master bedroom features a private bath, generous closet space, and private entrance to the pool area. The other bedrooms are each unique in what they have to offer; private French door entrance to an intimate garden courtyard and spa, gorgeous mountain views, and poolside entrances. The three queen beds and one full combined with a queen sofa sleeper easily accommodates up to 9 guests.

CD/stereo system, 4 HDMI Flatscreen TV's, 1DVD, 1VHS, high speed internet with Wi-Fi wireless and FREE long distance and international (42 countries) telephone service. There is an attached 2-car garage and laundry area with washer/dryer.

Among the home's many outstanding outdoor features are expansive, green luxurious lawns, walled and gated grounds for privacy, heated pool and spa with several outdoor lounging and seating areas and a gas grill.

This home provides the perfect retreat as your own private resort Villa to accommodate small groups, families, groups of friends, or romantic vacations for visitors seeking the warmth and sunshine of Palm Springs.

About The Owner

I have always wanted a vacation home in the Palm Springs area for my wife and two children. We currently live in Santa Barbara and often visit Villa Del Sol to ensure that the property is being maintained in excellent condition for all clients.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004

Ruth Hardy Park which is next to the Movie Colony is very centrally located and minutes to downtown Palm Springs. In addition, there is easy access to wonderful resturants, golf courses, tennis courts, Tram, Palm Springs Air Museum, and more than I can list.

What makes this house unique

Our property has complete privacy and is gated as well. Further, we are in a quite neighborhood for your rest and relaxation.

We just spent 11 nights at Villa Del Sol with our three children aged 7, 5, and 2 and my parents. This house was perfect for a family vacation. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space. The house had everything we needed. The dining table was perfect for my dad to do puzzles while still enjoying the view of the kids playing in the pool. The backyard had a great mix of sun and shade to keep everyone happy... the retractable awning was perfect as it kept a nice bit of shade for our toddler to hang out in while her brothers enjoying swimming. The location is great and we had a wonderful vacation in the desert. I highly recommend for families looking for a place that is equipped for children. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time.

Couples Retreat

My lady and I put together a couples weekend away with 3 other couples and had an amazing stay! The house was very open and cozy! We didn't really want to leave the house as the amenities kept us happy but when we did need to venture out we were located very conveniently to the golf courses and down town! Def can't wait for next trip as I will be booking the Villa Del Sol!

The house was EXACTLY as the photos depicted, actually the pictures didn't do it justice! House quality was amazing, every room had a flat screen, very nice fire place, spacious, clean and well kept. Each room and bathroom was dressed fittingly. It was beyond our ask and made our trip perfect!

We were able to really relax at the house and enjoyed spending time there, we never said, 'wished the house had this.'

The lawn chairs are blue as shown in one of the night pictures. The walk was a bit further than we anticipated into downtown, about 2 miles. We walked a lot but also cabbed a few times, approx $10-$3 after tip from down town to the house. No complaints, and every intention of renting here again regardless of the distance. Thank you, the house made the trip everything we wanted it to be!

This mid-century modern jewel box is restored to perfection and decorated tastefully with tropical overtones. The owners thought of everything we could have asked for and more. The kitchen, towels and linens all were well stocked. Entertainment was provided, in virtually every room. The outdoor area with its pool (~80 degrees), spa, a Weber and comfy lounge chairs both in and out of the sun, provided something for everyone in our group. Proximiy to services, golf, tennis and shopping was amazing too.

We give this our highest and unqualified recommendation, and surely will return soon.
