This house offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, comfortable living room with working fireplace, an awesome year round sunroom and two decks. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, second bedroom has a full-size bed, and third has one twin and one full. The quiet & secluded setting of this home provides limitless opportunities for the nature lover. Enjoy your morning coffee or nap in the sun on the roof deck. Dine on the lower deck off the kitchen, walk to the beach, go for hikes or bike on the nearby Cape Cod bike trail.

This is the tranquil part of Cape Cod where you can walk for miles on the beach observing the sea life or bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail (30 mile bike path through the woods and marshes). The galleries and restaurants of Orleans, Wellfleet and Provincetown are just a short drive away. Go to the cinema, the drive-in movies or live theater, play miniature golf, or hit some balls at the driving range. Great fishing as well, fresh or salt water. Frequent games with the Cape Cod Baseball League are also just minutes away.
