This town home is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of home. Amenities include free internet access, cable, telephone, comfortable seating and sleeping. We have gone the extra distance to provide little details that will make your stay more enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen with small appliances and household products. The kitchen has granite counters and upgraded cabinetry. There is tile in the main traffic areas. Furnishings and decorations were purchased with care, to ensure an atmosphere that is inviting to our guests. Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms and dining room. Each bedroom has a TV, in addition to the living room and kitchen. There is a DVD/VCR in the living room and a DVD for the kids in one of the bedrooms. We have a high percentage of guests who keep returning.
There is tile in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms for the comfort of our guests. The blinds have been upgraded, also.
Have been staying here long-term until my home is built. The place is immaculate, the layout is perfect with the master bedroom away from the guestrooms with the kitchen in the middle with the dining and living area. The pool is perfect and located around the corner. A 5* Italian restaurant is a block away and Port St Lucie Blvd (has every restaurant, store, doctor and business one could want) two streets away. The lanai is perfect to grill dinner and sit outside to eat. The unit has everything one would need for short or long-term use. The owner is great and will work with you on any requests or answer any questions that one would have. I highly recommend this quality place, you will not be disappointed.
The unit is immaculate, layout is perfect, guest rooms are away from master bedroom and home is decorated perfectly. Gas grill is perfect for grilling and eating on the lanai. Pool is beautiful (rafts, pool toys are in garage), and is just around the corner from the unit. Area is very quiet and the owner will work with you on any requests or questions that you may have. Around the corner is a 5* Italian restaurant that is very reasonably priced. Two streets away (Port St Lucie Blvd) has every restaurant, store, doctors, and businesses that one would ever need. Less than a mile to I95, which takes you everywhere that you will need to go. You cannot go wrong with renting this unit; I highly recommend this adorable place, it has it all...
Because our son works for the PGA we thought it would be great to bring Christmas to him this year. After scouring the internet, we decided on this ranch style town home. From our first email the owners were most accommodating. They could not have been more gracious and helpful even during a Christmas morning call from renters who went to the wrong address. Hey, it was a long drive from Chicago, what can we say? Seriously, they were great.
Once we finally found the correct unit, we found a spotless home. It was evident that much time and money had gone into the quality appointments and furnishings. The unit is located close to the pool which allowed for family members to come and go as they pleased. It is also located close to the PGA golf courses as well as many restaurants and stores . The ocean is just a 25 minute drive.
We could not recommend this home more and honestly the best thing we can say about it is that it made us feel like home.
We just returned form a stay at this lovely home, and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything you could ask for was provided.
The accessories are great, and the quality is top notch. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy PGA Village.

Spacious, modern, comfortable, convenient, very well-appointed, very well-maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-story townhome.
Neighborhood is a nice mixture of townhomes & apartments with short-term, seasonal, and long-term/permanent occupants. And relatively quiet for a vacation community.
Secure, gated community, with easy access to the best golfing on the
Treasure Coast, and possibly the nicest neighborhood swimming pool
in the area. Not to mention the wonderful park-like PGA Village
setting with miles of biking, running, & walking opportunities.
Plenty of good restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, post office
UPS, FedEx/Kinkos, autocare & healthcare facilities within 1 - 5 miles.
Owners are wonderful to work with, and have provided the perfect "turnkey" vacation townhome.
The property was in immaculate condition and well taken care of. Within a short distance of the property are many restaurants, shoping, movie theater and golf. The conco is located only a few hundred yards from the pool and a short drive to all the facilities at PGA Golf Club. I certainly will be delighted to visit and rent this property again. Rating A+
If golf is your passion, you will find 3 championship courses, designed by Pete Dye and Tom Fazio. These courses are known for their lake views, wildlife preserves and challenging links. There is a state of the art, 35 acre golf learning center with hundreds of practice stations. Expert instruction is available.
Family members can enjoy the heated pool, just around the corner. A stadium seating movie theater and 48 lane bowling alley are within a mile away. The Treasure Coast is a short distance and offers beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants; and Disney is within 2 hours.
