This two-level unit has a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bedroom with Bay and Monument views, recently remodeled bath (shower only), hardwood floors throughout, living room with water views, and breakfast bar. Soak in the sun on your private or the common area decks; walk just steps down to the beach. Relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Non-smoking only/No pets. Parking included.

Waterfront! Located in the West End of Provincetown, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, about a 15 minute bike ride to Herring Cove Beach. Very quiet and on the water. 'Jones Locker' is a waterfront condo with a huge common area deck with beach access. '7' has beautiful views of the Bay and the Provincetown Monument. This unit is very close to town and Herring Cove Beach.
