Come enjoy our magnificent waterfront home on 1.5 acres with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and almost 4000 square feet of living space. Our home is a perfect rental for large families. The house sleeps 12. It includes cedar bathrooms, ceramic tile, balconies, large decks, six-person hot tub on the main deck, kitchenette, pool table and large rec room on the lower level and a master bedroom suite with a four-person jacuzzi tub, and a sauna.

The main level has a stone fireplace (floor to ceiling), a cathedral ceiling in the dining room and a screened porch. Make our 'Home Away from Home: in the Poconos your next vacation home!

Our house is located in a gated community that has three lakes, two pools, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and two rec centers with game rooms, snack bars, and a small ski slope. Within twenty minutes, you can find a variety of fun things to do for all ages depending on the season.

Skiing, tubing and ice skating at several ski areas, including Camelback, and holiday shopping at the Crossings Outlet make great winter fun. Camelback turns into a water park in the summer. Whitewater rafting, kayaking and boating can all be done nearby. The autumn brings the beautiful changing of the leaves, along with hay rides, horseback riding, pumpkin and apple picking and the annual balloon festival. For the spring, there is fishing and hiking and over 20 golf courses to choose from.

Fantastic Getaway

We had 4 families get together for a long over due reunion. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was spacious, immaculate, comfortable & cozy. The kids had their own floor for recreation, we barely knew they were there. Plenty of seating, kitchen fully stocked. Jacuzzi, sauna, hot tub, pool table, ping pong. We never needed to leave the house. There were instructions posted for any emergencies, the owners were easily accessible for questions and we've already booked for next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This house was in terrible condition

This place was a total waste of a couple thousand dollars. We arrived to find broken window, torn apart furniture, broken oars for the canoe, stained carpets, broken master bath jacuzzi. The "waterfront" was a steep climb down a hill to about 3 inches of water that you could barely get a canoe thru. I spent 2 hours cleaning when we first arrived.....called the owners, who promised a refund for the inconvenience. They showed up 3 days later and fixed a couple of things, but I never got a refund. The list goes on and on...and I have pictures of everything to show how poor the conditions were. Don't waste your money on this rental.

Wonerful place and Home

excellent home beautiful large deck with views of lake and woods jacuzzi on deck also with BBQ seating every where, all bathrooms are very large, home is cozy open lay out is great, all guest had a wonderful time with great memories, we are sad we are gone, community is nice clean and quiet neighbors are helpful and friendly, property owner is very responsive and kind,
thanks for the opportunity we all really appreciate it
we would love to come back soon

Great Property!! relaxing and quiet area

I was invited by a friend for his 30th birthday celebration and I couldn't believe how beautiful the house and surrounding areas were. The outside deck was very spacious and the entire interior felt like home.. I will be renting this unit myself in the future.

Owner was very helpful with Q & A's. Thanks!!!

Wonderful vacation home.

Stayed here for a get-away weekend in the fall. Big, beautiful home with lots of great amenities… satellite TV, fire place, pool table that also converts into a ping pong table, sauna, beautiful master bedroom with private deck. There is also a huge deck on the back of the house with hot tub and gas grill with additional access through two of the bedrooms. There was also an enclosed porch off to the side of the deck. Plenty of sleeping space and ceiling fans in almost every room.

Also has a large, private driveway.

Owners were professional and accommodating.

Highly recommended.
