Close to Killington (12 miles from Access RD) but just far enough to experience the Traditional Vermont Country Side. This home is ideal for those who want to be near skiing but have their privacy. You also have the option to ski Sugarbush which is 25 miles away. In the summer take a short walk down the private road to the White River. Enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking, hiking, biking, or golf. The house has wireless high speed internet and is in a private community which has a recreation area between the White and Tweed River with 2 tennis courts. Located off Scenic 100 near the Green Mountain National Forest, this home is in a wooded secluded setting. Close to the VAST trails for snowmobiling, this home has hardwood floors throughout with a cathedral ceiling and a natural field stone fire place in the living room. After a day of skiing or hiking, relax in the outdoor 7 person hot. In the summer you sit outside on the patio, make a camp fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallow.

Excellent Ski Chalet

The house is in a perfect location within the woods, plenty of privacy and real holiday charm. There is ample space for 13 people, the living room especially is perfect for late night tea around the fireplace with friends. Killington slopes are about 20min away, but the scenic drive goes very fast. I would recommend the well equipped house with an incredible hot tub outside to everyone! Thanks again Dan for a wonderful stay!

Great Place!!!

I went with a group of friends 20-30 year olds the house is fully equiped, very nice and spacious. Nice hot tub right next to the entrance to the mud room. The living room with a fireplace is a great place to unwind or get everyone together to talk about the day. Every bedroom is furnished beautifully with very comfortable beds. The whole place feels good. This is a home you will be sorry to leave when your vacation is done. It is about 20 minutes from Killington Ski Area and 35 minutes to Rutland where we did all our groceries. The owner is very nice and helpful! Would definately book it again for another Killington ski trip!!! Had a great time would recommend it to anyone!!! Book it!!!

Great place for getaway

The house is very neat and clean, better than what we expected. It has everything we needed in the house. The owner is a really nice guy and very helpful. A great house for group of friends or a family reunion. Me and my friends enjoyed staying there and had tons of fun. Definitely will go back next time while we go skiing in killington.

Our group loved spending the long weekend here. Everything in the house was as promised or better than expected. Dan was a pleasure to work with and we are planning on returning again next year.

Awesome VT home

My family and friends stayed in this home the weekend of Feb 19th and had an unbelievable time to say the least. First and foremost, the owner was incredible to work with and we all really appreciated the way he keeps his home "stocked" for us renters. There was more than enough firewood for the indoor and outdoor fires. Linens and toiletry items were plentiful and the home was nice and clean upon our arrival. The hot tub was a welcome sight after a day at Killington and we even made a nice little sledding hill on the side of the house. Alll-in-all we had a great time and thanks to the owner for providing a chance to create these memories.
