Aloha and welcome to The Falls at Kawainui. Located on the lush, tropical, four mile scenic drive, just 8 miles north of Hilo, and fronting Onomea Bay. The Falls at Kawainui is a premier, gated, 8 acre, oceanview estate offering three completely private and secluded homes as your base while you experience The Big Island of Hawaii. Each home is located at separate ends of the property which allows for maximum privacy and tranquility. As you enter the gates of The Falls at Kawainui, the rest of the world feels miles away. Here, the sounds of the waterfalls lull you to sleep, while the scent of Night Blooming Jasmine and Gardenia perfumes the air. Enjoy tropical fruit from our orchards which include, Rambutan, Citrus, Lychee, Mango, Papaya, Banana, Pineapple, Guava, Avacado, and others. Sit under your own private waterfall and enjoy a refreshing swim in the stream and lagoons, or just relax in one of the many private and peaceful areas of the property.
