Location! Pass A Grille was the first established town on Florida's West coast barrier islands. This is a historical place unlike the developed areas to the north. Sandy streets, the quaint little houses, some dating to the late nineteenth century (1886). Everybody walks and says hello to you. Extremely easy walking distance to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Other world class beaches and wildlife preserves are a short drive away.
Fabulous Gulf view and sunsets from the comfort of the extra large balcony. Steps from the sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Water views from every window. Sun and moon rising or setting by just turning your head in the right direction.
Stayed in this condo for the month of January 2013 and had a wonderful time. The condo is located in a fabulous location, faces gulf front with a large balcony and we were delighted watching the dolphins, stingrays, and beautiful sunsets. The back of the condo faces East and has the georgous sunrise view. There is a beautiful view from every window. The building is quiet, safe and withing walking distance of many restaurants (Sea Horse, Paradise Grill, Black Palm, Hurricane, Brass Monkey, The Wharf and Sea Critters). The only downside is the street noise in the front when the beach is busy. The unit needs a little updating (kitchen appliances and utensils) and the decor is eclectic but the location is just perfect. Overall, higly recommend this rental.
This apartment is in an amazing gulf front location. Watch the sun rise from your bedroom view of the bay and see it set over the gulf from your front balcony. This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet, secure building in a truly magnificent setting.
