Beautiful Hampton Beach -100 Yards to Sandy Beach and Boardwalk!! In the middle of all the fun on 'H' Street. Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with large porch, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and good-sized living room. Parking for 2 cars. Nice, sunny fenced-in yard. Winterized for year-round fun.

Nearest Airport: Manchester, NH/ Boston, MA at 30 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 100 Metres
Walk to beach and all activities! Something for everyone! Miles of sandy beach, wonderful playground and boardwalk at the end of the street (100 yards). Boardwalk activities include arcades, games, food, shopping, restaurants. Nightlife includes many bars and clubs with live entertainment. Weekly fireworks in the Summer and nightly outdoor concerts at the SeaShell stage. Casino ballroom hosts big name concerts nightly. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing & beach combing. Nearby Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH (15 minutes by car) are quaint New England seaside towns to explore with shops and restaurants.

Just Perfect!!

My friend and I just returned yesterday and can't stop talking about how perfect this cottage was!! The kitchen was wel equipped, the living room very comfortable as were the beds, but the absolute best was the porch!! We spent almost every moment we weren't at the beach on the porch!

The owner is very responsive if there are issues, the place really is a stones throw to the beach. All in all a wonderful spot. Thank you Jim!!
