Beautiful vacation chalet located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a private and quiet cul-de-sac. This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and Cathedral Ledge from the brand new (Nov 2012), high end hot tub located on the back deck.

The kitchen has all new appliances, a new kitchen table, and has been equipped with many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home including a new gas grill on the deck. A center island with four stools provides additional seating. There a 3/4 bathroom off the kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, and all new furnishings. You can relax around a cozy fire in the oversized river stone fireplace.

For your entertainment there is a new 32' TV, DVD/VCR, a new 7 foot combination pool/air hockey table, a dart board, and many other games. Above the kitchen is a 17x28 foot loft with a queen bed and 2 full beds.

Fitted basement provides comfortable accommodation: Located in the lower level are two spacious bedrooms and a full bath with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new 27' TV, DVD, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom is newly carpeted and sleeps four in two built in bunk beds and has a new 20' TV, DVD, VCR player.

Car: necessary

Located in an ideal area providing privacy along with the convenience of being just five minutes to all the outlet shopping in North Conway. For skiers we are five minutes to Cranmore, 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Wildcat and Mount Washington, 25 minutes to Bretton Woods, 45-60 to Loon and Cannon Mountains, and around 60 minutes to Sunday River. This place is perfect for the skier who likes to be near several mountains as recognised by the National Geographic who list North Conway among the top 25 ski towns in the world. There is also access to miles of snowmobile trails.

In the Summer you can enjoy swimming at Echo Lake only two miles away and for the younger visitors it is only ten minutes to StoryLand . So many things to do: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, fishing, shopping, etc.

Other Activities: snowmobiling, rock climbing, rafting, canoeing, outlet shopping

Golf: Three great courses locally are: North Conway Country Club, White Mountains Hotel and Wentworth Golf Club in Jackson.

Ski: Many resorts within a short drive. From closest only 5 mins away, with the farthest being less than 1 hour. Cranmore, Attitash, Black, Wildcat, Shawnee Peak, Bretton Woods, Loon, Cannon, Sunday River.

Excellant stay everything we needed well maintained and lots of extras. Beautful chalet everything here to set the mood even the wine is optional. Private hot tub, deck, and BBQ over looking the mountains. If you want to invite friends there's room for everyone.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Spacious and comfortable house. Easy for our group to spread out as well as be together. Several were able to nap mid-day downstairs while the rest of us were making noise on the main level.

Luckily, our close-knit group was OK with the multiple beds per room, but other large groups might find the bed arrangement challenging.

The winding sub-divsion roads were a little hard to navigate at first, but we figured out the best route after a few tries.

We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Perfect Little Getaway!!

Our stay was fantastic but too short! We did not want to leave. The cabin was so clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We used the grill both nights to cook dinner and enjoy the fabulous mountain view.The air hockey table and hot tub added the perfect twist of fun. We hiked Diana's Bath on Wednesday. Paul was a pleasure to communicate with and made booking the rental quick and easy. I highly recommend this property to others and hope to stay again soon. Thank you!!

Amazing view of the mountains. Near of everything....shopping, skiing, hiking. The chalet is awesome. It was magic for my kids.

We went to Wildcat for skiing. It's 30 minutes from the chalet and there is a difference of 4 degrees celsius in less at the base of the mountain and a lot more snow. Wow....what a mountain!

Great deals for shopping. You will find evething you need.

The pictures of this cabin do not do it justice! Everything was as explained and reasonably priced for the amenities. The owner was very easy to work with and we had a great time. My girlfriend and I will certainly be back fro another weekend get away.
