Beautiful vacation chalet located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a private and quiet cul-de-sac. This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, and is new to the vacation market. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and Cathedral Ledge from the hot tub located on the back deck. The kitchen has all new appliances, a new kitchen table, and has been equipped with many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home including a new gas grill on the deck. A center island with four stools provides additional seating. There a 3/4 bathroom off the kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, and all new furnishings. You can relax around a cozy fire in the oversized river stone fireplace. For your entertainment there is a new 32' TV, DVD/VCR, a new 7 foot combination pool/air hockey table, a dart board, and many other games. Above the kitchen is a 17x28 foot loft with a queen bed and 2 full beds.

Located in an ideal area providing privacy along with the convenience of being just five minutes to all the outlet shopping in North Conway, five minutes to Cranmore, ten minutes to StoryLand and Attitash Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Wildcat and Mount Washington, 25 minutes to Bretton Woods, 35-40 to Loon and Cannon Mountains, and around 45 minutes to Sunday River. This place is perfect for the skier who likes to be near several mountains. There is also access to miles of snowmobile trails. In the Summer you can enjoy swimming at Echo Lake only two miles away. So many things to do: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, fishing, shopping, etc.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    50% of total payment due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to rental start.
    It is understood and agreed between the parties that the premises shall be used and occupied for leisure and vacation only and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Lessor. The lessee agrees to leave the premises in the same order and cleanliness as found. The security deposit will be returned after the unit has been inspected. If it is determined that excessive clean-up is required any additional cleaning fees will be subtracted from security deposit.
    CANCELATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 60 days out you will be refunded all monies paid minus a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days out you will be refunded half of all monies received. If you cancel within 30 days of the rental commencing you will only be refunded the security deposit.
    PRIVACY POLICY: No credit card information will be retained by owner or agents.

Excellant stay everything we needed well maintained and lots of extras. Beautful chalet everything here to set the mood even the wine is optional. Private hot tub, deck, and BBQ over looking the mountains. If you want to invite friends there's room for everyone.

Me and 7 of my friends stayed at this location for a couple of nights in June. The house was great, the stereo made for some fun dancing and the hot tub was a nice touch. Ted was great to work with and was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had. Loved the views, the inside of the house was perfect and the location was very close to downtown.

The property was well-maintained, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, and we loved the grill out on the porch for cooking out! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to go back each year with the girls!

A cut above the rest!

This chalet is fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or a family gathering. The home is spacious and very clean. The views of the mountains in the morning are breathtaking.Sit out with a cup of coffee and enjoy. The Hot tub is really an added bonus, it fits 6 people comfortably and really added to our experience. Close to town and the outlets. Very Nice location also. If you feel like a good dinner nearby try the lobster trap very convienently located and great food. The driveway fits 6 cars easily . To our surprise we even saw a bear cub grazing in the woods nearby, a very cool addition.The only downside is that there are no towels so you must bring your own, but other than that I rate it an A++.

Great weekend getaway!

This was an awsome chalet,awsome views,a hot tub on the deck that we used every evening and mornings...we took our whole family..kids and grandkids..and we had an exceptional time! I would recommend this rental to anyone with a large family..plenty of room,close to Storyland and shopping. This was a clean and roomy place with lots of games,well stocked kitchen,fireplace,T.V.'s,Xbox,DVD player,pool table,and air hockey,plenty of beds and couches...and the very best part of our trip..we saw a black bear on the property the day we were leaving! I know we will rent the chalet again next year!
