Updated Oct 2009 - New dining room chairs & new windows Updated early 2009: New sofa set, new dining room chairs, new 42' LCD HD tv w/ DVR 2nd A/C in sleeping loft, 1 king & 1 queen Select Comfort type beds, & NEW paver driveway. Beach Walk is a 1970's beach house that was completely redone for 2005. Located in South Padre Island, TX. Heated Pool & Spa w/ waterfall. We allow up to 2 dogs under 15 lbs only. $20 per day per pet.. 3 bedrooms + a sleeping loft, 2 full baths + a full bath in the garage. 2 spiral stairs! 300 thread count fitted sheets on the king & queen beds. Just 1/2 a block from the beach. Bamboo hardwood floors everywhere but the 2 bathrooms. Dark brown marble tile floors in both bathrooms. Granite tile counters in the kitchen. It's an eclectic mix of furniture, including a Sharper Image massage chair. The kids bedroom has a soccer table! Free long distance within the US - Free wireless high speed internet! Managed by large Realty company on the island.

Party Cruise hop aboard a 60 ft double decker Catamaran on a sunset cruise to nowhere. Party with other spring breakers, look for dolphins and catch an unforgettable sunset. The cruise includes a 2-hr boat ride, music and free beverages (beer, punch, soda, and water). Upon return, your tickets get you on the Spring Break Discounts/Leisure Tours VIP list for free admission to the event of the night. Available Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed from 5:30-7:30pm. Dolphin Watch Cruises and ECO-tours This cruise operates daily and runs for about 1 1&Mac218;2 hrs. The dolphin watch will take you to the jetties where there is a 90% success rate in seeing dolphins. The ECO-tour acts as a floating classroom where the 1st mate will drag a net in the ocean to capture a variety of marine life.

We stay here every year for SPI bike fest, got to meet the owners this year; great people. Great place to stay, beautiful inside and out, all the comforts of home.

We make our annual trip down to South Padre every summer, and have tried many properties over the years. This has been the best, by far! Our "criteria" has gotten more specific over time and I must say that the house exceeded our expectations! Having the private pool, washer/dryer and even the small things like quality pans make all the difference when making a beach house home for the week! We'll certainly be back!

Me and six of my friends stayed here for our senior year spring break trip in 2007. The house was amazing. Everything was clean, and the backyard was incredible. We are definitely coming back and the place just has everything you need. All kinds of surf shops, convienence stores, restaurants, all are right down the street. The beach is also just a short walk down the road. The place couldnt have been more perfect.

The house was OFF THE HOOK!! The first time you walk in the house you can sense the freedom and you feel relaxed. We were there in 2006 after graduation and it was the most awsome time of my life!!! All of our friends were there and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!! LOVED IT and absolutely recommend it to all the party people!! You even have a gas station very close just in case you're missing a couple of beers or ice!! 110% SATISFIED!!!!!

SPI here we go again this year!! Whoooo!!!!!
