Villa 'Pappagallo' is located in Cape Coral, a city located on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. It is considered one of the safest towns in Florida, situated among over 400 miles of fresh and saltwater canals with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a boater's paradise and a great place to explore. The Villa has over 2000 sq ft of living space and is decorated in the Florida style. It has a split floor plan with the master suite on one side and the other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the opposite side. It has 3 french doors overlooking the lanai, pool/spa and canal. The pool and spa are electrically heated. The patio is south facing, a great place for the sun worshiper. All bedrooms have walk in closets. The family room has a TV,VCR/DVD and a wet bar for your entertainment. The kitchen has a breakfast corner and bar with direct access to the lanai. Cape Coral is a short distance from the Gulf beaches, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

The Villa is close to the many nature parks, golf courses and recreational facilities the Cape and Fort Myers have to offer. It is approximately 10 minutes from the Yacht Club beach on the river and 30 minutes from Fort Myers beach, Sanibel and Captival Islands. It is conveniently located near many of the local restaurants, and shopping areas.
