Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean or relax on a private beach, this turn-key unit has everything you need for a vacation. This is a deluxe three story townhouse style condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, 2 covered parking spaces, & over 1200 sq/ft of space. The unit has wi-fi, a computer, full kitchen (stocked for anything from baking a cake to blending a margarita), full-size washer & dryer, computer, family board games, books, & cable TV in each bedroom. The living room is equipped with a big screen TV, stereo (with I-Pod hook up), DVD, movies, Sony Playstation, and games for the Playstation. The unit has beach chairs to bikes for your strolls along the beach. For the kids, we have boogie boards and beach games. So pack your swimsuit because this unit has everything else. The entire unit was recently renovated. This is our second home and we are looking for people who will treat it well.

Located on a private beach, ten minutes south of Clearwater Beach & fifteen minutes north of St. Pete Beach, you have the ability to relax on the beach in seclusion or head to the more active public beaches. You are on the beach, 3 blocks from a nature preserve, 3 blocks from a trolley stop, minutes from some of the best restaurants in the state (I provide a list that of the places that I recommend), close to a marina to rent boats to jet skis or charter fishing, 20 minutes from a pick up for an off-shore casino, close to shopping & golf, 40 minutes from Busch Gardens, & 1 hour and 15 minutes from Disney. You are 25 min. to Downtown St. Pete & 35 min. to Downtown Tampa/airport. The Community name is Gulfside Villas. For those who have never been to Indian Rocks Beach, it has been voted one the best preserved beach communities in the country with restrictions against high-rises, new buildings are restricted 4 stories. This makes for a quaint beach community on the water!

This condo is very spacious. And so close to the beach, we didn't even need our flip-flops. The beach is very family friendly.

All the beds were very comfortable, and the towel supply was never ending.

My kids also had fun in the pool which was well maintained.

It is in a great location - walking distance to small restaurants and the nature preserve, and driving distance to just about anything else you would want to do.

The perfect vaccation home

The condo was clean, well cared for and extremely comfortable. It is just a couple of steps away from the beach with a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. It is ultra family friendly space. The owner is very personable and available. We truly had a great time during our stay. The condo is just far enough to be secluded from the noise of the nightlife. There is a CVS within walking distance a couple blocks away along with many fine places to eat and drink. We are planning on returning again next year.

The condo was just as described. The location was great, the property was clean and had all the comforts of home. The washer apparently died right before we were to arrive - the owner had it replaced immediately. The beach, restaurants and condo were great. It is a place well worth visiting.

This property we Great .... it was everything it was described to be... Condo was clean and spacious ... Owner was a pleasure to deal with and I have recommended this to several friends and we are going to be renting again next Christmas.
The Salt Rock Grill was the best restaurant recommended. I believe it was the best service I have ever received and the food was outstanding. Reservations required unless you want to wait 2 hours to be seated. PJ's just around the corner was also a favorite of ours....
Condo located near Tampa so we were able to see a Hockey Game .... Orlando is only 2 hours away so if you want Disney World to visit it is close.
The ocean and beach in Indian Rocks is one of the best ... Views of the sunsets were spectacular ...
Great vacation Great Condo and sorry to be back home in the snow.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The accommodations for our family of 6, and that is with children ages 5, 10, 14, and 17, were just perfect for us. Everything about this condo makes for a great stay. We just loved our stay here and really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. There is so much to see and do. We really enjoyed walking to some of nearby restaurants and the ice cream parlor just down the block. Taking a drive was always fun and having a inexpensive grocery store nearby was a big plus! We only spent two days away and that was for Busch Gardens, loved it!, and Discovery Cove, which we loved as well. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this property to everyone.
